I FELT MISALIGNED IN A THRIVING MILITARY CAREER. BUT I KNEW I WANTED MORE… SO I LEFT. 

WITH ALL THAT NEW FREEDOM I WENT WILD— PARTIES, SEX, & DRUGS. I SPIRALED FOR YEARS. 

MY REAL ISSUE WAS I WAS MISALIGNED AND LACKED DISCIPLINE.

I WAS FORCING MYSELF INTO A CAREER I DIDN’T WANT AND MY BODY WAS REJECTING IT.

I WAS DISTRACTING MYSELF WITH PARTYING & SEX TO BYPASS WHAT THE WORLD WAS SCREAMING AT ME.

I NEVER THOUGHT TO ASK WHAT WAS GOOD FOR ME, MY BODY, OR MY MIND. 

WHEN IT FEELS LIKE THE WORLD TURNS IT BACK ON YOU, THATS YOUR CUE TO GO WITHIN.

ASK YOURSELF QUESTIONS:

WHAT IF I TOOK MY FITNESS/WELLNESS SERIOUS?

WHAT IF I BUILT A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE?

WHAT IF I BUILT A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY FOOD?

YOU CAN’T MAKE BIG DECISIONS WITHOUT THE VALIDATION OF SOMEONE GIVING YOU PERMISSION. YOUR SPIRALING INTO LACK.

 I'm not in yet ... I'm still not sure because:

  • That my friend, is your entire problem in life. You wait. You wait for the perfect time. In my life I learned continually that I needed to initiate every major success. I couldn’t wait to have $XXk to start a business. I needed to start a business to have $XXk. I couldn’t save money to live my dream life in paradise. I went to paradise and built my dream life. It’s a challenge, but you have to maintain faith. You have overcome so much in life. Focus on your success and let that be your proof that you are resilient.

  • Let me tell you. I have seen what most would perceive as “failure”, but failure marks a finish. Meaning you only fail if you stop trying.

    If you fall you get back up and restart. Life truly is a video game. You get your “new life” and try again knowing more to push further.

  • EXACTLY. The biggest lesson I am continually learning is that when something totally out of my league presents its self it means I am seeing myself smaller than I actually am. Things are presented to people who are not ready.

    If you’re reading this far into it, it means you’re willing and ready.

  • You my friend ... are wrong. You absolutely can do This. I developed this program tto run in-line with your current fitness program ... no matter what it is. I developed it to run in-line with your current diet program ... no matter what it is. This is a collaborative effort.

    Unless your meal plan dictates you drink alcohol and have cheat days (please tell me this…) then we can overlay and enhance your regiment.

    See how easy that was to do with zero compromise and zero substitutions.

  • You are not too out of shape. You can not give up on yourself that easy. Everything at every level is always scaleable in this world. We are doing 2 workouts a day, yes. But together we can make this customizable to your life. It could literally be as simple as going for two 45-minute walks.

    Your body is not weak, your mindset is the weakest part it seems. Let’s change that.

MY STORY

I ENROLLED AT FORDHAM UNIVERSITY, WITH THE GOAL OF BEING A LAWYER. SCHOOL BY DAY, DRUNK BARTENDER BY NIGHT.

A DEEP SEEDED POST MILITARY DEPRESSION WAS CATCHING UP WITH ME, ALONG WITH BAD SPENDING HABITS, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, & A WILDLY UNATTACHED SEX LIFE. ALL THE WHILE, IT WAS MY SENIOR YEAR AND I BOMBED EVERY INTERVIEW I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET.

I HAD NO PLAN.

MY MENTAL STRUGGLE TURNED INTO A PHYSICAL STRUGGLE. IN A SPIRAL I JUST STOPPED EXERCISING…

I TRIED PROGRAMS TO GET BACK ON TRACK, BUT I ALWAYS ENDED UP BACK WHERE I STARTED.

I KNEW I WASN’T THE ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS…

I KNEW THERE ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE ME GOING THROUGH THE SAME STRUGGLES.

I REALIZED THAT THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL MY PROBLEMS WASN’T ADDRESSED BY AN EXISTING PROGRAM.

ONE NIGHT IN NOVEMBER I CRACKED. 4 AM, DRUNK, ALL THE WEIGHT OF THE WORLD CAUGHT UP TO ME. 

MY ISSUE ISN’T PARTYING, MY ISSUE ISN’T INTERVIEWS, MY ISSUE ISN’T EVEN FITNESS… THESE ARE SYMPTOMS.
