I spent eight years in the United States Air Force. I saw the world with real perspective — the good, the bad, the boring, and the parts nobody wants to describe. I wouldn't give back a single day of it.
I also left carrying things that took me years to face. For a long time I buried what my body and mind were plainly asking me to heal — until I couldn't anymore.
If I can do anything in this world, I want to help people find the voice that's buried under the pain of avoiding it.
What rebuilt me wasn't discipline. I already had discipline in abundance — it's what the military hands you. What rebuilt me was finally listening to the body I actually had, instead of punishing it for not being a different one.
That's the whole method, and it's how I coach. You've already proven you can work hard. You don't need me to shout. You need someone who respects your physiology and where you are in your life — and builds from there.
