Shifting from the physical into the conscious, mindful practices allows the “doing” mindset to rest & for the “receiving” mindset to activate. These are holistic tools to gain mental clarity, confidence and increase overall wellbeing.

what does a typical week look like?

Each cycle you will receive your 12-week program tailored to a specific goal for the mesocycle (3 months). Each mesocycle will feed into your macrocycle of 1 year.

[NOTE] If you have specific injuries, exercises can be amended with my help, I will just need to know in advance.

You will have full access to daily coaching via the app. If you have any questions about anything wellness, fitness, and self-development just reach out.

I will guide you personally in how to build a more sound diet over the first month of your program (4 weeks).
Macro Tracking -> Intuitive Eating.
We will be applying a “peak performance” ideology.
I also will encourage you to use the WELLNESS GANG APP to track calories and foods or sync with Myfitnesspal if preferred.

At the end of each week, add a progress photo to the app (optional) and upload your weight and measurements to track progress.

Each workout has a video demo of each exercise to ensure the technique is correct along with a description, of the time, reps, sets, and rest for each exercise. So all you need to do is watch the demo and repeat the exercise as instructed. There is also a timer should you wish to use it!

Yessir! There are no hidden costs – this is a subscription model and you can continue to use the workouts at the end of the program. Typically 3months.

The workouts are bespoke and custom to you! The workout is a stimulus to build muscle and strength – what you learn through the program with regard to diet, nutrition and movement will allow you to achieve your personal goal – whether it be to build muscle or lose fat. We are here to teach you how to get results, and keep results long-term!
